Hello Mohegan Sun!

Okay first off i'll start by saying that the 3hr ride from Brooklyn to Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut was well worth it. We left the Bronx at maybe 4 or 5 o'clock and got there at about 9pm [after going from like exit 1 to exit 76 lol]. The unbearable pulsations of excited jitters that was the journey to the concert, was amped up by the radio which pumped out chorus upon chorus of classic rock and roll compositions from Don't Stop Believing by Journey, to Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen [love that damn song]. Nevertheless we parked our car in the Winter Lot, K-15 and set out for the Arena. We made it eventually, cameras and all, and got there just in time to see No Doubt get on stage.

And how was it? Well it was mind- blowingly amazing, that was the best thing i've ever witnessed. I mean it was obvious it left an impact cause now i kind of want to go just about any concert i can get the tickets for [coughcousinhowboutthoseU2tickets??coughlol] First off i thought that their entrance was great and the group performance as a whole was perfection, no one was slaking off, everyone up there was amped and the crowd was pretty active in singing and responding. Not like another crowd [Cold Play last month anyone lol]

No Doubt left me with very muted hearing for about half of the car ride home. Worth it? One thing that caught my attention was Gwen's voice, she talks like she sings, meaning her voice is soothing as hell. Not only this but she's in hella good shape, like ridiculously good shape. Besides being surrounded by a couple of people who weren't too into the concert or just didn't feel like rocking out or "standing the fuck up" like Miss Setfani requested, the concert took my breath away. The lights and the stage were perfect and its clear they love their fans, if that wasn't evident from Gwen's CONSTANT thank-you's mid-ballad and when they threw shit into the crowd i believe it was shown when drummer, Adrian Young, walked paraded into the crowd and began drumming like a mad-man even at the request from Mohegan security for him to get back on stage.

All in all the concert was a nineteen on a level of one to ten, ten being the highest. Now i must, re-download a shit of their music and "rock out".
