So its a bit late but on 2009, Aug.16th {yea i write the date the European way} i went on an adventure in the city. Brittany, Elijah and I all took the bus to the Port Authority and then took the 7 train to uptown Manhattan and
went to the metropolitan museum! But not before we entered some toy place that was nestled into like a ground mini mall.
Needless to say we had a ball, we saw the most awesome and thought provoking stuff there and though we got scowled a few times for forgetting to put the flash off the camera it was great no trouble at all! We even saw a newlywed couple, dress/tux and all, riding down the street, it was awesome and it was such a nice day. We eventually went back down 7th ave and ate at a burger king: soooo yummy c;
And then we took the train back to the port authority and we took the 9A train back to rockland and stayed down town to eat ice cream.
Damn...
that was a really nice day.
Moral of the story: go to the metropolitan museum with two of your friends.
I deff had a blast with them!
Random question: we kept seeing couples there, is the museum like the new pizza shop date?
