Epic name for a movie right?
It's about designer Valentino, a camera crew followed him for two blissful years and watched him and his empire grow. It chronicles his life both business-wise and relationship-wise. The man's fashion sense is awesome and he's a great designer so the name the title insinuates, THE LAST EMPEROR, is not a stretch. It's sad that he retired but all great things come to an end, and who knows, since he still draws and wakes up with dresses in his head, he may turn to the fashion world's very own HOVA and come back and leave as he pleases.
One can only hope.
Valentino is perfection. When you get to the point of calling someone by one name, they've hit the stratosphere of awesomeness.
Valentino is three stratospheres above that,
and i can't wait to get my hands on this movie.
